Appoint and Oversee Historian (Documentation of AAGP : “The Organization” web page update, Scrapbook, Photographer at conferences, and Display Boards)

Oversee and Monitor Staff Tasks [including but not limited to: Establish New 501(C)(3), Seek development funds from public and private sector, Annual report, Income generating task (fund development work), Keep all information and documents (archival materials), Conference calls, Develop corporate sponsorships, Membership retention oversight (Renewals, invoicing, etc.), Manage all contracts, New member packets, and Conference support]
