The members on this committee are comprised of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and one other board member.
Responsibilities:
- Approve and establish contracts
- Oversee other committees to see jobs are
being done
- President oversees and monitors Executive
Director
- Develop and implement standardized process
for AAGP affiliates
Time
commitment: Monthly conference calls, 3-4 fact-to-fact meetings per year
– held in conjugation with AAGP Board meetings.
