Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Cancellations must be postmarked, transmitted electronically, or faxed no later than April 30, 2008. A $35 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued after April 20, 2008. Substitutions are permitted if submitted in writing prior to May 15, 2008.
